Terms of Service

These terms govern WebEasy, operated by Bai & Rich International in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use WebEasy for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Questions can be sent to web.easy2431@gmail.com.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be an adult legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in account and notify us of unauthorized access. During our private build, access is limited to approved accounts. An invitation or trial does not promise permanent free access or unlimited generation.

What WebEasy provides

WebEasy helps research business information and create, edit, preview and publish websites, including AI-generated text and visuals. Features and limits are described in the app and your selected plan. Previews remain private until you publish. Changes to a draft do not update the public website until you publish a new version.

The service is under active development. We may improve or change features, correct errors and perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search-engine rankings, leads, revenue, factual accuracy or a particular generation result.

Your content and responsibility

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give us permission to host, process, transform and display it as needed to provide your requested features, including sending relevant inputs to AI and infrastructure providers and publishing your selected content. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to WebEasy.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your uploads, logos, photographs, listing information and other materials. Do not impersonate another business, infringe others' rights, publish unlawful or deceptive content, abuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access or bypass usage limits.

Review AI output before publishing

You are responsible for checking claims, services, menus, prices, opening hours, reviews, contact details, links and generated visuals. Research is not an owner's fact check. Generated images may be illustrative and may not show your real premises, products or work. Do not present misleading images or statements as factual. AI output may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights and applicable licence terms.

Plans, payment and renewal

Free includes one website generation per verified email, the editor and a private dashboard; it does not include publishing. When checkout is enabled, Starter covers one published website for C$10 per month or C$90 per year, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Pro is planned at C$29 per month or C$250 per year and is coming soon; it cannot yet be purchased. The annual option is charged as one yearly payment. Prices and features shown in your checkout govern your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. We will provide notice before changes to your recurring price take effect and allow you to cancel before renewal. We will not charge you merely for viewing a plan or saving a draft.

The plan includes a WebEasy subdomain, hosting, editing and removal of the WebEasy footer credit while eligible. It does not include ownership or registration of a separate domain. Starter includes one hero-video generation credit per website, granted with its first paid subscription. This is a one-time allowance, not a monthly or yearly renewal; cancelling and subscribing again does not replenish it. One confirmed video-generation request uses that credit. If tracking is interrupted, use recovery or contact support before another request; recovery does not spend another credit. Active paid access is required to submit a new video request. Additional AI allowances apply only when explicitly stated in your offer; no plan provides unlimited AI generation.

Cancellation, refunds and failed payments

You can cancel renewal through Plan & billing or request help at web.easy2431@gmail.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. Unpublishing or deleting a draft does not cancel a subscription.

Once your website has been published, subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Contact us about an unpublished purchase, duplicate charge or service problem. Any refund restrictions for separately purchased or included AI generation must be disclosed before that generation is purchased or used. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory refund, cancellation or other consumer rights.

If payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment method and suspend paid features or public hosting when paid access ends. Your private draft is not automatically deleted because you cancel. You remain responsible for keeping copies of content important to your business.

Website addresses and publishing

WebEasy addresses are subject to availability and must not infringe another party's rights or impersonate a business. A subdomain is a service address, not a domain you own. We may restrict abusive or misleading addresses. Published content is publicly accessible and may be indexed or copied by others. Unpublishing prevents future delivery from our hosting but cannot remove third-party copies.

Visitor enquiries and privacy

If you enable a contact form, you are responsible for appropriate visitor notices, your lawful use of submissions and responding to enquiries. Forms are not intended for sensitive or emergency information. Our handling of account and service information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and ending service

We may restrict access for unlawful use, security risks, non-payment or a material breach. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us to close your account. Data deletion and retention are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Liability and applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, WebEasy is provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by inaccurate customer-approved content, third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control. Where permitted, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid WebEasy in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. We do not require you to waive non-waivable consumer rights or resolve disputes through mandatory arbitration.

Changes and contact

We will post updated terms with a new date and notify you of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired. If you have a question or complaint, contact Bai & Rich International at web.easy2431@gmail.com.
